EPICT Facilitator Training The EPICT training model is realised through blended, flexible learning where the methodology applied is team-based and involves process-oriented, problem-based learning, collaboration activities and team-based assessment. Facilitators are the instructors of the course; they guide, moderate, lead and manage the e-learning parts of the program. This allows schools maximum flexibility for customisation to the organisation's specific professional learning needs. EPICT cares greatly about the quality of the EPICT Licence programme. On successful completion of the four-day training workshop delegates are awarded the EPICT Facilitator Diploma and are licenced to manage and deliver the EPICT Licence programme through EPICT Australia registered centres.
